🏆 South Pike School District Weekly Athletics Update 🏆
Hey Eagles fans! We have an exciting week packed with sports action. Here’s what's happening:
⚾ Baseball:
- Junior High takes on Hazlehurst at home this Wednesday at 5 PM. Note: Tonight's JH game is canceled.
- Varsity plays Wesson at home on Tuesday at 5 PM, then heads to Wesson this Friday for another 5 PM game.
🥎 Softball:
- Hosting a district doubleheader against Franklin County starting at 5 PM.
🏃♂️ Track:
- Varsity will compete in the Trojan Invite at Amite County High School this Tuesday, meet starts at 3:30 PM.
🏋️♀️ Powerlifting:
- Our girls’ and boys’ teams head to the Class 3A State Championships at Mississippi Coliseum in Jackson. Girls lift on Friday at 9 AM and boys on Saturday at 9 AM. Let's cheer them on as they go for state titles #11 and #12!
🏈 Flag Football:
- Making history with their first-ever game on Thursday at Picayune High School against Brandon High School, with kickoff at 4 PM. This is the first flag football game in Mississippi!
